We proudly offer all prospective new members an entire free first week of classes. We do this so that you can get a sense of what it feels like to be a member at SUBU without immediate obligation. This free first week is a great way to get a feel for our space, our community, and our classes.
Our Schedule of Classes
All classes are one hour long.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class is scheduled to begin. New or prospective members may arrive as early as you wish to get comfortable.
Monday - Friday
6:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p. m. (Open Gym)
3:30 p.m. (Mon., Tue., & Thu. only)
4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
7:30 p.m. (Mon. - Thu. only)
8:00 a.m. (SUBU Fit)
9:00 a.m. (General WOD)
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (Open Gym)
