Memorial Day Hours:

10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Reminder - there will not be typical morning or evening classes this Memorial Day. Everyone is invited and encouraged to come tomorrow any time between 10 and 2 to complete Murph (or some version of it) and then get back to enjoying your day off. Also, please account for the duration and difficulty of this WOD when choosing when to show up. This bad boy takes the better part of an hour to complete solo so plan accordingly.

In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

This workout was one of Mike’s favorites and he’d named it “Body Armor”. From here on it will be referred to as “Murph” in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.
