Start with a Free Week

We proudly offer all prospective new members an entire free first week of classes. We do this so that you can get a sense of what it feels like to be a member at SUBU without immediate obligation. This free first week is a great way to get a feel for our space, our community, and our classes (including SUBU Fit).

To begin your free week you may click the button below, or, just show up to the gym 15-20 minutes before the class you would like to join. To make things even easier, you may sign our waiver online before your first visit.

Our Schedule of Classes

All classes are one hour long.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class is scheduled to begin. New or prospective members may arrive as early as you wish to get comfortable.

12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p. m. (Open Gym)

3:30 p.m. (Mon., Tue., & Thu. only)

4:30 p.m.

5:30 p.m.

6:30 p.m.

7:30 p.m. (Mon. - Thu. only)


8:00 a.m. (SUBUFIT)

9:00 a.m. (General WOD)

10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (Open Gym)
