Bryce Fegers

I spent the first three years of my fitness in a power yoga studio both practicing and teaching. When I transitioned into CrossFit, I enjoyed the intensity and variety of challenges I was presented with. Shortly after becoming obsessed I got my L-1 and began coaching. Working full-time as both a CrossFit coach and yoga instructor brought a nice blend of teaching styles for me which I still use to this day. Last year, I got my L-2 and have dialed in my coaching even further. I love teaching the basics to newer athletes and hammering down on movement mechanics, workout strategy, and scaling to help each individual athlete meet the intended stimulus of any given WOD. 

I enjoy competing locally and lending support to all our SUBU athletes in whatever their endeavors.
