SUBU CrossFit is an official CrossFit affiliate in the heart of downtown Orlando, FL. We opened our bay doors in 2012 after about year of training in our own backyard. Back in those days we developed the motto "Show Up and Blow Up" which was quickly shortened to the acronym SUBU. We believe now, as we did then, that fitness starts with a commitment to two things: showing up and working hard. This belief has been our guiding principle since day one and continues to shape the way we do things.

Our mission at SUBU CrossFit is to improve our community through fitness. An extension of that mission is our commitment to providing our members with fun and exciting ways to achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment with the most dedicated and knowledgeable coaches.


CrossFit is primarily a strength and conditioning program that has been developed to define fitness in a meaningful and measurable way. It is the training designed for optimal fitness. CrossFit workouts consist of constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. There is much more to CrossFit than the workouts though. The community that arises when people do these workouts together is a significant factor in what makes CrossFit so great and is also a key component of why it’s so effective.

General WOD

Typical CrossFit classes consisting of a warm up, a strength or midline portion, and a conditioning portion. These classes are one hour in length.


SUBU Fit classes are a great alternative to our regular CrossFit classes for anyone interested in getting a great workout with less technical movements. Our SUBU Fit classes are designed around simple exercises like push-ups, air squats, and other body weight movements done at high intensity. This class is a great option for anyone interested in burning fat and improving their strength and flexibility without the use of a barbell.

SUBU Fit classes are approximately one hour in length and currently only offered on Saturday mornings.

$125 per month.


$20 per class, or

$25 for a t-shirt & class.

Parking at SUBU is often limited. Anyone is free to park in the gravel lot directly behind the gym if there are spots available. You may also park in the city lot underneath I4 and make the short walk to the gym.
