SUBU Fit classes are a great alternative to our regular CrossFit classes for anyone interested in getting a great workout with less technical movements. Our SUBU Fit classes are designed around simple exercises like push-ups, air squats, and other body weight movements done at high intensity. This class is a great option for anyone interested in burning fat and improving their strength and flexibility without the use of a barbell.

SUBU Fit classes are approximately one hour in length and currently only offered on Saturday mornings.
